A little about me

An experienced Realtor with remarkable business acumen, Ann specializes in private residential sector, assisting home owners and investors to meet their specific housing and investment needs. Actively involved in sales and leasing of residential properties island-wide, Ann is also experienced in handling HDB, commercial and industrial sales and purchase.

As a qualified Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMP) and Property Financial Consultant (PFC), under the wing of GROW team in ERA, Ann has successfully helped many investors and home buyers to realise their housing dream. Her in-depth knowledge in property portfolio re-structuring caters to home owners who want to own more than one property and had never thought that they could afford it in their life-time. The second property has now become part of the 'passive income' to most investors who is nearing retirement. Data analysis has become a fundamental step of her client's asset progression planning. Her effort has also helped many home owners who want to upgrade from public housing to private residential. 

Ann started her real estate journey with Huttons Real Estate in 2011, has successfully transacted multiple sales & purchase of new properties; residential, commercial & industrial for investors and business owners. Her first commercial property was transacted in the core business district, Raffles Place; to a China investor from Sichuan. Her residential properties exposure also includes new-launches direct from developer, island-wide. 

Ann is also an alumnus of University of Tasmania, Australia, with more than 10 years of extensive Human Resources experience with local and multinational companies. She heads a team of new and experience agents in all residential property related activities. As a salesperson, Ann believes in striving a win-win-win situation for all parties. No compromise on integrity, willingness to share and timely updates of status and information to all parties are the basic requirements for a successful transaction.
